Purpose of the Position:
To support ANSSA’s visibility, communication, and outreach efforts by expanding the capacity of the Public Relations (PR) team. This role is vital to strengthening ANSSA’s brand, informing members, and amplifying the Nigerian student voice in Turkey.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning and executing communication strategies for ANSSA activities, events, and campaigns.
2. Contribute to designing and distributing digital content (flyers, announcements, posters, and social media posts).
3. Support with the management and timely updating of ANSSA’s social media platforms and official communication channels.
4. Aid in covering events through live updates, photography, videos, and post-event reports.
5. Collaborate with other PROs to coordinate announcements, content calendars, and cross-platform messaging.
6. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve outreach and member engagement.
7. Perform additional tasks assigned by the Head PRO or Executive Committee.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Must be a registered member of ANSSA.
2. Based in Ankara with the ability to attend occasional in-person events or meetings.
3. Interest in public communication, media, or student leadership.
4. Basic skills in content creation (e.g., Canva, Instagram Reels) are an advantage.
5. Good command of English; knowledge of Turkish is a plus.
6. Strong teamwork, reliability, and enthusiasm to contribute.
